Is this programm for everybody?
Yes, it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or advanced lifter or if you are a man/female. Everybody can make progress using these principles.
How many days do you train?
The programm consists of a 6-day training split
Can I keep using the programm after I bought it?
Yes, once you purchase it. You can run the programm for as long as you want.
What does the programm focus on?
Squat, Deadlift, Press, and Pull: the lifts that separate warriors from the fallen. Why fix something when it has been working for ages?
Is personal training included?
No, this is a stand-alone programm. You will receive the programm through mail. You have to go to the gym yourself and put in the work if you want to see the results.

What is a berserkr?
A Viking berserkr was a warrior who entered a near-supernatural rage, fought with the strength of beasts, and became a living weapon of chaos on the battlefield.
The Old Norse word berserkr comes from either berr (bare) + serkr (shirt), meaning “bare-chested” warrior, or from björn (bear) + serkr (shirt), meaning “bear-shirt” warrior. Both tie into their wild, primal image.
